Prioritising repairs to essential appliances

Under the current circumstances we are operating a more limited service. Our advisor team are working from secure remote locations and it may take longer to answer phone calls, respond to emails and take payments.

To minimise risk and to safeguard the health of our employees and our customers, we are prioritising servicing essential appliances. Essential appliances are food refrigeration, cooking, dishwashers & laundry products.

Serial number and proof of purchase

To allow us to expedite your repair please provide the appliance serial number and proof of purchase when registering your appliance or calling to arrange a repair.

Opening hours

Our opening hours are:

Weekdays: 09:00 – 17:00.
Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00.
