Amica launches striking black laundry

2010-03-23 Amica, the leading Polish appliances brand, is delighted to announce the latest addition to its popular Navigator range of intelligent washing machines.

The AWCN12DAB is Amica’s first washing machine in the UK in a striking matt black finish with co-ordinated 33cm porthole door and controls in stylish brushed aluminium.

The AWCN12DAB joins its sister models, the white AWCN12D and AWCN14D, in featuring Amica’s Full Control Assist Technology – a digital navigation system, which makes the machines intuitively simple and easy to use - along with an attractive, multifunctional LCD display and soft touch buttons for precise control.

With an A+ rating for energy efficiency, the AWCN12DAB is one of the most eco-friendly on the market with an automatic load sensor to control water consumption and spin speed between 800 and 1200rpm adjustable at 100prm intervals. Its selection of 20 programmes includes a cold cycle, which uses water straight from the cold fill saving heating energy, along with a highly convenient 19 minute supershort wash.

The 33cm porthole door sits higher than standard to allow for easier access to the drum with less bending and stretching, and functions common to all of Amica’s Navigator models include pause, start delay, sleep easy and easy iron to save time and money as well as to make life easier.

The drum is tilted and contains thousands of holes to aid the washing process by ensuring more efficient water penetration and effectively washing in 3D. More effective washing along with three rinse programmes, wash temperatures from cold to 90° and an antibacterial system ensure the most appropriate wash for perfect results from every load.
