If your appliance has a fault and you need an engineer to visit, please contact the Amica Service line.

Important: In order to be able to process your call, please ensure that

you have your Amica model number, serial number and date and place

of purchase to hand as this is required when the service call is placed

with our call centre.

keep your original proof of purchase which acts as your proof of guarantee.
